Dr Hayden Homer is one of Australia’s leading Gynaecologists and IVF specialists with over 20 years’ experience in Infertility and Gynaecology practice and a world-leader in research into egg quality.
He is one of only four specialists in Queensland holding the most advanced Australian fertility accreditation (CREI) and the only one to also have the highest level of British fertility accreditation (CCSST). Dr Hayden Homer is the clinical lead for fertility at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital (RBWH) and undertakes Gynaecology, IVF and other fertility treatments with the Queensland Fertility Group.
Doctor Homer is University of Queensland’s first Professor of Reproductive Medicine and Director of the Oocyte Biology Research Laboratory at The University of Queensland where he also heads the Fertility research theme. He holds a Ph.D in fertility research from the United Kingdom and is the inaugural Professor to Australia’s first and only fully endowed Chair in Reproductive Medicine.
